Overview

The Institute of Health Programs and Systems (IHPS) hereby invites proposals for the appointment of a service provider to supply rental office space in Kimberly to serve as the IHPS Frances Baard District Office.

The required space should be around 150m² – 180m² with a boardroom, parking, and essential facilities.

Location: Northern Cape – Kimberly, Labram area.
Submission Deadline: 12h00 PM midday on Friday, 19 September 2025. 

Interested parties must submit any questions regarding the bid in writing to requisitions@ihps-sa.org. The last day for submission of questions is 3 days before the deadline. 

NB: IHPS AND THE NDOH RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THIS TENDER AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND WITHOUT INCURRING ANY LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION TO ANY PARTY.
